سياسة – المفوضية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (تابعة للأمم المتحدة): إعتقال النائب مسلم البراك في الكويت غير مبررة وداعش يموّل نفسه من النفط العربي.

أعلنت المفوضية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان إدانتا لتوقيف النائب السابق مسلّم البراك في الكويت. واعتبر سفير المفوضية الدولية للشرق الأوسط الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أنّ على السلطات الكويتية مراعاة وتقبّل كل الآراء السياسية الموالية كما المعارضة وذلك على خلفية احترام الرأي والرأي الاخر. واعتبر السفير ابو سعيد انه ينبغي معالجة أصل المشكلة التي قام بانتقادها النائب البراك وهي إتهامه لمسؤولين كباراً وأعضاء في الأسرة الحاكمة باختلاس عشرات المليارات من الدولارات من الأموال الحسابات العامة وبالضلوع في عمليات غسل أموال ينافي القانون الدولي. وتمنى على أمير الكويت التدخّل فورا في هذه القضية وحسم الإشكال الحاصل من اجل تفادي تدهور الوضع وقطع الطريق على من يريد الاصطياد في الماء العكر وأن لا يُستنسخ المشهد البحريني في الكويت، سيما وان منطقة الشرق الاوسط تغلي والوضع العام غير مريح فيها، والكويت مهدد باستهداف أمنه من خلال تلك المجموعات المسلحة التي تنتمي الى تنظيم ما يُسمّى بالدولة الاسلامية ” داعش”. وفي هذا السياق حذّر من الإستهتار بالخريطة الجغرافية لتلك المجموعات التكفيرية والتي تضم بالإضافة إلى العراق كل من الكويت، الأردن، سوريا، لبنان وفلسطين وباتت تلك المجموعات تموّل نفسها بعد أن قامت بوضع اليد على النفط الخام المستخرج حقل ” عجيل ” الذي سيطر عليه من الآبار النفطية المنتجة و يتم بيعه في الأسواق الخارجية بسعر يتراوح بين 12- 14 ألف دولار للصهريج الواحد وذلك بمساعدة بعض الدول الغربية وغض الطرف من قبل بعض الدول العربية والإسلامية من أجل تمويل عمليات التنظيم المذكور وتخفيف العبء المالي على تلك الدول. وختم السفير ابو سعيد انه آن الأوان لعقد مؤتمر عاجل للجامعة العربية تضع مخطط توجيهي جدّي ضمن لجان تنفيذية لوضع رؤية صحيحة لإنهاء الملفات العالقة والتشنجات بين الدول العربية وحثّ دول الأعضاء القيام بإصلاحات جذرية في الأمور العامة والقضائية خصوصاً.

The International Human Rights Commission announced its condemnation of the arrest of former MP Musallam al-Barrak in Kuwait. The Ambassador to the Middle East of the International Human Rights Commission Dr. Haissam Bou Said revealed that the Kuwaiti authorities should take into account and accept all political views as pro-opposition and against the backdrop of respect for others’ opinions. Ambassador Bou-Said added that Kuwait should address the root of the problem by the MP Barrak criticizing an accusation of senior officials and members of the ruling family of embezzling tens of billions of dollars of public funds and accounts of involvement in money laundering contrary to international law. He hoped that the Emir of Kuwait to immediately intervene in the issue and resolve the confusion quotient in order to avoid the deterioration of the situation and cut the road to those who want to fish in troubled waters and not to reproduce the scene of Bahrain in Kuwait, especially since the Middle East is boiling and the overall situation is not comfortable in, and Kuwait threatened to target security through those armed groups that belong to the organization of the so-called Islamic state “Daash.” In this context, he warned disregard the map with their geographical groups incitements, which includes in addition to Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and now those groups are funded itself after the squatters on the crude oil extracted field “Ajil” which was dominated by the oil wells produced and sold in foreign markets at a price ranging between 12-14 thousand dollars per tank with the help of some Western countries turning a blind eye by some Arab and Islamic countries in order to finance the operations of the said organization and ease the financial burden on those countries.
The seal Ambassador Abu Said he said late for a conference urgent Arab League put a serious master plan within executive committees to develop a true vision to end the outstanding issues and tensions between the Arab countries and urged Member States to do radical reforms in public affairs and the judiciary in particular.
